Today I am going to address a matter that has been causing millions of people world wide to apprehend fear and dismay in their lives because their future suddenly came to a screeching stop.
I am writing from experience because I was a victim of one of the greatest if not the greatest economic failures of modern times. I worked for an organisation for twenty six solid years only to become a statistical
factor in this latest adverse economic phenomenon.
I must say truthfully for the first month I was frustrated not knowing what to do because I was so accustomed of working, this new experience was very foreign to me, not to mentioned that the free time was driving me up a wall.
My composure was restored and I began to think outside of the box and looked at my situation not as a dilemma but rather as a blessing in disguised. I begun to think of all of those years that I was working for someone else and neglecting my family, friends and yes, myself from all of the beautiful things that one can receive from one's family and friends.
For the first time in my life I was able to take my daughter to school, watch her in her first play and then to take her to the movies and to the Mall. This to me was like dying and going to Heaven. Today I am extremely at peace with myself and my family is in approval.
You must survive financially, you must find work to support your family and yourself. I truly believe that self employment is the answer for many of us who want to be truly independent. it is said that when life throws you a lemon, you should make lemonade.That is exactly what I have done.
I have started a home based business and I am determined to make it a success. yes this is an uncharted course for me but conversely, I have been doing almost the same thing for my employer without carrying his risk as an Entrepreneur. I am pleased that I have gotten this opportunity which came to me in the disguise of being downsized.
I am certain that if you are determined and want to have more free time to be with your family and friends you too can experience what I have experienced for myself.
My advice to you is for you think seriously as to what you can do that would bring you enjoyment, then you should do your research to find your niche and give it you best. I am sure that at the end of the tunnel you will find true happiness as I have done.
Take the plunge and go boldly where others have gone and ultimately found their true destiny.

Why President Elect Barack Obama Will Fail?
President Elect Barack Obama has electrified the entire world both friend and for, Muslims and Christians,city dwellers and the inhabitans of the jungles.
Obama is a symbol of hope for the entire population of this globe that we all call home.
His ascendency to the presidency was a very challanging two year campaign and in the end he became victorious but not boastful, he did not show any form of bigotry but rather much humility. He was very gracious in victory and spoke kindly of his defeated oponents.
President elect Barack Obama will only fail if we as a people of this world allow him to fail.it now appears as though our hope and mere existence has been inxtrocibly tied to this young man whom is seen as a messenger of hope.
Obama will fail if Black America continue to look at their actions as business as usual and if White America digress to the old guard culture of bigotry and disdain for Black America.
Both Black and White America must hold hands and walk boldly together towards the new frontier where hope can be translated into actual achievment and the American Dream can become a reality not only for some but for all if only we act in unity.
Obama will fail if we continue to disrespect our women whom God created not only to become a companion to their respective husbands but as the conduit to keep civilization alive throught child birth and rearing.
Obama will fail if men continue to dishonest,liars cheats and disrespectful and gullible in their relationships with their spouses and in their business affairs.
Obama will fail if women continue to prostitute themselves for material gain and fail to value themselves as the special creation that they are.
Obama will fail if church leaders do not refrain from being divisive in thier religion while not remembering that we serve only one true and living God.
Obama will fail if we do not educate ourselves so that we can free ourselves from the grip of fossil fuel servitude.
Obama will fail if we lose the "Yes We Can Attitdue" and trade it in for the "Yes We Cannot Attitude".
If all of us do our part Obama will not fail and we as a people will not fail.Obama's victory has forever placed the great nation of America forever in the annals of time as being the "Protector of this universe,the nation of God".
Obama will not fail because God is with him as he is with us all.

The New Model Business Executive
The meltdown of Wall Street and the domino effect it created for corporate America and indeed world business leaders has changed the way American Business Executives will operate and how they will be perceived in the new business environment.
The New Model Business Executive will be accountable for his actions or inaction; he will not be entitled to huge bonuses and other insane perks. He will be judged on his performance and how he has assisted the people of his organization to become high or above average achievers.
The New Model Business Executive cannot survive in the new business environment if he fails to acknowledge his internal(customer) labor force when it comes to their training, goals and aspirations because it correlates directly to his performance and productivity levels for which he will be judged accordingly.
The New Model Business Executive is the Executive that is intelligent and astute enough to have the foresight so see without looking, that to become the best that he can be, he would need to change the way he has done things in the past. when it comes to being transformed from the old Business Executive into the New Model Business Executive he must see himself through the eyes of Michael Angelo and become that masterpiece that he was born to become.
The New Model Business Executive must focus also on his personal skills because the world has changed and the labor market has become more competitive, it has truly become a fight between "demand and supply". There will be a great demand for the New Model Executive”, will the supply be there? This is the jackpot question.
The New Model Business Executive, for survival must adopt a New Management Model. He must re define his approach to management, he must act fast and with precision, he must become the Zen Master of Leadership and Coaching and he must be coached and willing to be coached.he must forever realize that he is not complete as a leader until he graduates from being a follower.
The New Model Business Executive must transform himself from the traditional management way of thinking and embrace with vigor and much vitality the New Management Modelapproach. He must be willing to see his company and his employees as partners and treat them as such. He must shift from management to leadership, he must not merely delegate to his employees he must empower them and give them a sense of ownership.
The New Model Business Executive must bring balance to his organization but to achieve this he first must bring balance into his own life. He must recognize the opportunity that exist in being coached; he must realize that he can no longer be a "Maverick", with the 'my way or the highway", mentality because if he fails to realize that everything has changed in the last three months of 2008,then he will surely hit the highway.His equilibrium will be out of sinc and he will surely fall and fall hard.
The New Model Business Executive would become results orientated and a motivator of his people, he would see that groups within his organization must change to teams; he must become a change agent.
The New Model Business Executive will recognize that in the corporate world there are only three types of managers, those who make things happen; those that ask what happen and those that wonder what had just happened. The New Model Business Executive must always make things happen but not just make it happen he must make happen fast. Speed kills!
The New Model Business Executive must lead, manage and coach for survival. We are now in the era of watching every dime that is to be spend, resources is now scarce because capital has been frozen and hard to come by therefore the New Model Business Executive must manage his resources exceptionally well, he must be capable of providing the leadership for his team especially when the chips are down an he must forever be a coach for his entire organization.
